Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Digital Goods & SaaS Policy
GeoLeads Pro is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. Because the value of our service is delivered instantly via data extraction and downloadable lead lists, we do not offer refunds once a subscription is activated and data has been accessed or downloaded.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged again.
3. Exceptions
If you experience a technical failure preventing you from using the software entirely, please contact our support team within 48 hours of your charge at abhishek.gomti773@gmail.com for review.
